A wonderfully atmospheric vintage oil painting, with a lone figure in soft pink emerging from a richly layered landscape. Loose, expressive brushwork and a beautiful palette of mossy greens, ochres and earthy reds. Framed in a warm gilt frame.

Oil on canvas, signed. 78 x 97cm (including frame).

Some age relate wear to the frame including very tiny area of nail poking through bottom middle and small hole top middle - this doesn’t seem to effect the look of the frame given wear elsewhere. Tiny wear to paint on canvas.
