Refund policy

At Tarn London we want you to absolutely love your purchase. Upon receiving your item you have 14 days to return your item for a full refund but please let us know within 24 hours of returning it. Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated to returning it and it must be returned in the same condition that it was originally received in. Once we have received your return, we will credit your account within 7 working days.

Please note Tarn Shades are made to order and therefore we cannot offer a refund or exchange policy unless faulty. If you deem the product to be faulty please let us know via email tarnlondon@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your lampshade.

Please note all our items are antique or vintage and therefore may not always be in perfect condition and may show signs of wear due to their age.
