Shipping policy

Delivery and Shipping of your items will vary depending on the size, weight and the final delivery destination. At the moment we only courier our furniture within the UK (mainland only) - please see courier costs for this below. We deliver art internationally, but for the moment can only outline delivery costs within the UK as you can also see below. For all international art deliveries please email us at tarnlondon@gmail.com.

Here are some examples – all are prices per item - please select the most appropriate to your item at checkout.

Furniture (UK mainland only)

London deliveries (inside M25)- £25 

2 hours from South West London - £45

Art and other small items (UK mainland only)

1-2 kg £5.99 (small packages up to 30cmx30cmx30cm)

2-5kg £20 (artwork/other items up to 50cmx50cm)

5-7kg £45 (artwork up to 75cmx75cm)

7-10kg £65 (artwork up to 1mx1m)

Tarn lampshade (UK mainland only)

£25 for all destinations

All the above costs cover insurance up to £500 and ensures signed for deliveries.

If your item is not covered under the above options or you are more than 4 hours from South West London please email us at tarnlondon@gmail.com and we can organise something suitable for you.

Please note should you wish to enquire about European/Internationally deliveries then these will be subject to local customs and import taxes being paid by you the Customer – please contact your local Customs to obtain information as to the cost.  Tarn London cannot be held responsible for import duties and taxes in the country of destination.

Thank you very much for your order and our team will get in touch with you as soon as possible, via email or mobile to confirm and arrange delivery. Our team work hard to dispatch items within one week of purchase but if you are in the UK and have bought a piece of furniture please note that delivery of furniture items may take longer than 1-2 weeks if being delivered by our courier outside of London.
